These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Dr. Ramirez Aesthetic Dentistry website and any consultations booked through it. By using our website, you agree to these Terms.

These Terms apply to website users and prospective patients booking a free consultation. Once you become a patient of the Practice, your patient-doctor relationship is governed by the patient agreement and informed consent forms you sign at intake — not by these Terms.

1. Website Use

The Dr. Ramirez Aesthetic Dentistry website provides general information about our practice, our doctors, our services, and how to book a free consultation. The information on this website is for informational purposes only and does not constitute dental, medical, or professional advice.

2. Free Consultations

The Practice offers free initial consultations to prospective patients. The free consultation includes a 30–45 minute appointment with one of our doctors, a non-invasive examination of your oral health, a digital scan or imaging if appropriate, and a written treatment plan with a price estimate for any recommended procedures.

The free consultation does NOT include treatment or procedures (these require a separate appointment and signed informed consent), diagnosis of acute medical conditions outside the scope of dental practice, or insurance pre-authorization.

3. Cancellation and Rescheduling

You may cancel or reschedule your consultation up to 24 hours in advance via the link in your confirmation email or by calling +1 (519) 748-2524. We do not charge cancellation fees for consultations.

4. Communications and Consent

By providing your email address and checking the email consent checkbox, you consent to receive emails from Dr. Ramirez Aesthetic Dentistry per Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL).

By providing your phone number and checking the SMS consent checkbox, you consent to receive SMS messages per CASL and the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA). You may withdraw consent at any time. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

5. Professional Standards

The Practice is regulated by the Royal College of Dental Surgeons of Ontario (RCDSO) and operates in accordance with all applicable Ontario Dental Association (ODA) standards and the Personal Health Information Protection Act (PHIPA).

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Dr. Ramirez Aesthetic Dentistry website — copy, photography, illustrations, branding — is the property of the Practice or its licensors and is protected by Canadian and international copyright law.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The website is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Treatment outcomes depend on individual factors and we cannot guarantee specific clinical outcomes through marketing communications.

8. Limitation of Liability

Dr. Ramirez Aesthetic Dentistry's total liability for any claim arising from your use of this website is limited to the amount you paid us through the website (typically zero, as the consultation is free). We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated Terms will be posted with a new "Last updated" date.
