SMS Terms of Service

These SMS Terms of Service ("SMS Terms") apply to the text-messaging program operated by Dr. Ramirez Aesthetic Dentistry ("we", "our", "us"). By opting in to our SMS program, you agree to these SMS Terms.

Program description

Dr. Ramirez Aesthetic Dentistry operates an SMS program that sends consultation booking confirmations, appointment reminders, account notifications, customer service replies, and (where you have opted in to marketing) occasional offers and updates about our services to subscribers who have explicitly opted in.

How to opt in

You may opt in by checking the SMS consent box on a form on our website, by texting a keyword we provide to our published number, or by giving verbal or written consent in person at our practice. We log the date, time, IP address, and the page where consent was given.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies. You may receive up to 4 messages per consultation cycle and up to 12 messages per month total, depending on your activity and the programs you have opted into.

Message and data rates

Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier plan. Check with your carrier for details.

How to opt out

You can cancel the SMS service at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you reply STOP, we will send a single confirmation message and will not send further marketing messages. To rejoin, you can opt in again through any of the methods listed above.

Carriers

Carriers (including but not limited to AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and Sprint) are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy

Your information is handled according to our Privacy Policy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All categories of personal data described in our Privacy Policy exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Changes

We may update these SMS Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the SMS program or our website.
